Rebekah Blanch
Financial Controller/ Admin Manager
With 12 years’ experience in event management before entering the world of civil construction, gained Rebekah a diverse skillset including Project Management. Taking out the QHA Best Employee Award in 2009, this has been one of many of Rebekah’s accomplishments throughout her career.
Rebekah has spent the last 9 years in civil construction, in this time she gained wealth of knowledge including implementing financial control systems, quality control systems and business management systems to ensure a streamlined operation.
Having many qualifications including a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Certificate IV in Business Management along with many years’ experience in bookkeeping and accounts management, Rebekah’s skills and experience are integral to the day-to-day operation and success of the business.
Daniel Blanch
General Manager
With 20 Years in the construction Industry Daniel has completed a vast array of projects from major infrastructure projects, Subdivisions, local council road projects, shopping centers, commercial, town houses & single dwelling builds.
Daniel has owned and managed multiple businesses and has acquired a wealth of knowledge to deliver a depth of Building & civil projects, Daniel has developed extensive knowledge in the construction industry and pride himself on building customer relations find ways of thinking outside the square to value add to the projects and provide customer satisfaction.
Dirk Gardner
Business Development Manager/Plumber Services
With 26 years’ experience in plumbing all over the world Dirk has a wealth of knowledge in all your plumbing and drainage needs including but not limited to, plumbing maintenance, shop fit outs, commercial plumbing, renovations, drain clearing, civil drainage, new homes etc.
Dirk ran his own company for 10+ years on the Gold Coast, Overseeing a team that covered all aspects of plumbing and drainage. He has extensive knowledge in working with body corporates.
Dirk is extremely hard working and has excellent communication skills working with both clients and teams.
Luke Froggart
Building and Construction Manager
Starting his career in construction at a young age, Luke is experienced in both civil & structural construction, being a qualified carpenter as well as successfully completing his S1, S2 & S3 Supervisor Training and Certificate IV in Project Management, his skillset is quite diverse.
Having worked as a Site Supervisor for large companies such Kalidonis & Fulton Hogan in the Northern Territory, where his roles Supervising sites included performing and recording ITP’s, Coordination of projects, meet program dates and construction schedules and bringing projects in on budget.
Luke’s experience in both structural and civil, along with his attention to detail and focus on quality control, bring another
level of expertise to Conspec Group. With excellent interpersonal skills combined with his leadership qualities, means your project will be handled in a streamlined well communicated manner.
Field Workers
Conspec Group has a team of field workers from supervisors, leading hands, operators, laborer’s, and fitters.
All Conspec’s field workers are skilled in most roles including pipe laying, plumbing, concreting, earthworks and roadworks.
We believe that having multi skilled workers apart of our team, saves on time and cost for the project as we are saving on resources.
All our field workers have shown their competencies within their roles and have all up to date licenses and are highly trained in their field.
Subcontractors
Subcontractors form an important role to the Conspec team as this enables us to expand and take on any project.
Conspec cover most civil works associated within the project and utilise our approved subcontractors to carry out road surfacing, rock wall construction & traffic control.
Clients
Conspec partner with our clients and let them form part of our project team, as we believe this aids in the delivery of a successful project.
We see our clients as business partners and form open and accountable relationships with our clients from the start of the project to help understand the client’s expectations and objective.
This allows us to openly discuss any issues and offer solutions aimed at achieving the client’s objective.
